HSE performance management is a fundamental element of our approach to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees are maintained while achieving continuous operational excellence. Structural responsibility for HSE rests with our Senior Management and Operational Leadership Teams, and we believe these stakeholders build the foundation for a successful and effective HSE management system. This belief is supported by our performance management system, which includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics that Senior Management and Operational Leadership Teams are directly accountable and responsible for achieving. This ensures that HSE is viewed as a top priority for every leader and team in our organization.

We require all subcontracting partners to be HSE pre-qualified on an annual basis prior to the commencement of any work activities.
