To apply for a warranty, this completed application, along with a minimum of 10 specified photos (as noted below), must be submitted to Edge Innovations Inc. within 30 days of project completion. Once approved and the project is paid in full, a warranty certificate will be mailed to the mailing address provided in this application. Warranty information can be mailed to Edge Innovations Inc. corporate headquarters at 504, 10235 – 101 Street, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 3G1, Canada, or emailed to warranty@edgei.ca.
